Here's an embarrassing Story,🫣
🐎Last Sunday I was giving horse riding lessons, and I know I should always pay attention to how much fuel is in my truck...
But here's my excuse, my truck had been borrowed during hay harvest and someone had run it mostly out of gas.
I noticed it was low, but I also know that my truck can go fairly long on basically empty!
We were on our way home when it started making funny noises and I realized my mistake...
It came to a halt there on the road and me with my little kids and the horse lesson kids...
First I called my son who had headed home on his motorbike a few minutes earlier, then got up the nerve to confess to my husband my embarrassing situation, I had run my truck out of fuel and...I needed rescued☺️
I didn't want to walk anywhere in the heat with my 1 year old and my three year old in tow.
Anyway my husband, and son brought me some fuel and we got home.
I went straight over to the fuel tank at the farm and fueled my truck...lesson learned!
I should explain why this is so embarrassing for me... I'm an airplane pilot, and that is one of the biggest, and most important things they teach you!! Always! Always! Always! know how much fuel you have and have far it will take you! 😑
Who is your go to person when things go wrong? For me it's my Husband, my 11 year old son, Spencer, and my Older Sister Amanda🥰
